Under this solution, MPCL covers the client's monthly mortgage EMI payments for a defined period using structured investment returns generated from the client's released property equity. It is not a bank-imposed moratorium, not a standard EMI deferment, and has no relation to the generic banking concept of a post-disbursement gap period before the first EMI is due. It is an active, fully regulated financial protection product for UAE homeowners.

Fixed EMI for Life is a DFSA-regulated programme by Money Protects Capital Limited (MPCL, License CL7741) that uses an institutional Interest Rate Swap (IRS) to lock a UAE mortgage borrower's monthly EMI at a guaranteed fixed amount for the full remaining loan tenure, regardless of floating rate movements. It eliminates EIBOR reset risk for eligible UAE homeowners classified as DFSA Professional Clients.
